I like how easy it is to use, you can easily set up accounts for all of your family members in one place! You don't have to go back & forth between different sites or apps when setting things up (like other services). It's pretty intuitive once you get used to using it - but there are definitely some features that could be improved upon such as having more options for customizing notifications etc.. Our kids love being able to keep track of their schedules online so we know exactly where they're at each day without calling anyone out.
