I like how easy it is to use, you can easily set up accounts for all of your family members in one place! You don't have to go back & forth between different sites or apps when setting things up (like other services). The best thing about this app is that it has so many different ways to interact with others, such as messaging (texting), email or video calling! It also syncs up well between my phone/tablet which makes life easier when I am away from home for work etc - but if you're looking at an all in one solution then there are other apps out their like FaceTime Video Calling by Apple & Skype / Viber Chatting Apps available too!
