The best thing about this app is that it has so many different ways to interact with others, such as messaging (texting), email or video calling! It also syncs up well between my phone/tablet which makes life easier when I am away from home for work etc - but if you're looking at an all in one solution then there are other apps out their like FaceTime Video Calling by Apple & Skype / Viber Chatting Apps available too! Nothing really bad either though :).
