Update, the company has come forward and is taking care of the situation. Good customer service. This is a new company that continues to improve its product and customer experience. 2 out of 5 cables failed within 2 months. There is no company contact information on Revain. Only some notes are in Chinese and I don't read Chinese. No email, no phone number. Raven didn't help much either. They also had no contact information. So now I'm stuck with crappy cables and no warranty support. Even if the ad/posting says "Contact us with any questions!"
