Unsatisfactory Interactions with PROXRACER's Customer Service

As someone who is really interested in interior design, I was quite eager to go through PROXRACER's website and see the unique products that they provide. Unfortunately, my interactions with their customer support team left a lot to be desired in terms of the quality of service they provided. After I reached out to them with a question about one of their items, I received a response that was condescending and not very helpful. It appeared as though the representative's primary objective was to wind up our discussion as rapidly as possible rather than to be of use to me. In addition to this, the shipping process was far slower than what was described, and the product was damaged because of inadequate packaging. Although I admire the originality of PROXRACER's product designs, my overall impression of the firm is unfavorable due to the lackluster quality of their customer support and the shipping procedures they employ. On the basis of my experiences, I am unable to endorse PROXRACER.
