I've been using this product for a good 2 years now. It was powerful enough using fully charged batteries when I used it. My brushes have always been super clean. Only recently what was attached to the rotating mechanism/motor has come loose. This caused the attachments and brushes to fall off when I turned them on to clean. I have never mistreated the product and have always kept it in good condition. I used it as it is normally used.
