Use this on an old 1963 Gas Tractor to replace the stuck original gauge. I had to cut and make wire connections for all conductors as this new meter didn't use terminals for connections. Small wire is easy to work with, but existing wire is much thicker and limited in length. When you turn it on, the pressure gauge is different. When 12 VDC is applied to it, the needle will go up as it vibrates. When starting the tractor, it increases by a further 1/8 from 12 to 13.5 due to a power surge. The accuracy is acceptable. The tank was just over 1/2 when installed. I released the gas and the sensor actually went to E. As long as I know when it's on EI I'm happy. Caliber likes to stay on E until deciding where to go. Moving too fast for a gas gauge.
