I have bought this ink before and it is generally comparable to an HP product but the print quality is slightly reduced but still within the acceptable range for mine applications. However, with the last order, it turned out that the box with the cartridges was already open. When I opened the box, I found that the foil packaging of both cartridges was torn. Thinking maybe someone had returned the wrong size, I put a color cartridge in the printer and immediately got an error message saying the cartridge didn't fit properly - despite numerous attempts, the cartridge didn't work. It looks like the defective return was put back into stock with no quality control. This cannot be the case with every order. Item returned and looking for another product/supplier.
