Worse product. want my money back

The worst investment I've ever made. The product works after the second charge. The Bluetooth headset doesn't want to hold a charge anymore, and the headphones are mostly new. I've only used it twice since I got it until the battery stopped holding a charge. The only time it works is when it's plugged into my laptop while it's charging, but when it turns off it won't turn on. Very disappointed with this product. I just spent my money on it. now useless headphones.
