I've always wanted to try my own meat for homemade burgers etc. I have this meat grinder and it works really well. My wife was a little annoyed that I was shredding raw meat with her pastry blender lol. Though she liked the burgers I made :-) The instructions were helpful, although it would have been nice to have had a little more description of the uses for each of the blades (okay, etc., of course). I went with the smaller one on a whim and it seemed to work well. The meat came out pretty easy. It would also be nice if it came with a case or bag or something so I don't lose all the small parts. I can only use ziplock now.
