Purchased for my 6 1/2 years old son to use in a lap pool for swimming classes. He is 45 lb and 3ft 9" (45"), slim. First ordered accordingly with neosport sizing chart, size 4. No way, the suit was nice fit but next to impossible tight lengthwise esp.by the crotch area. Reordered size 6. Length shoulder-crotch is perfect, but overall kind of loose. But I guess it couldnt be fitting any other way since my kid is really slim-built. Hopefully will be fitting little better in few months…

I bought the size 2 for my nearly 3 year old daughter who's 31 lbs and 3'2". According the manufacturer's website ([.]), the 2 is for 30-40 lbs and 3'1"-3'7" but it was way too tight. I could barely get the zipper up and she couldn't raise her arms above 80 degrees. I know they are supposed to be a bit tight, but she should have had room for an extra 9 lbs and 5 inches of height. My 5-year-old son was getting cold during swim lessons, so I brought this wetsuit for him, and it's worked great. He's not cold anymore, but I have noticed that the suit seems to chafe his neck a lot, and he comes out of the pool with red marks, which don't seem to bother him as much as me. Overall, the suit is nice, although I wish the zipper was in the front so he could get it off when he has to use the bathroom.

Excellent quality. Bought a size 4 for my average-sized 3 year old and it fits with some room to grow for next year. She doesn't mind wearing it (though be careful when you zip the neck so as not to pinch skin with the zipper, oops), and it does seem to help keep her in the water longer (in just a bathing suit she'd get too cold very, very quickly). This suit is great for small children who need extra layer to stay warm during swim lessons My son is small for his age and really skinny. My son used to have blue lips after a 40 minute swim lesson. I got this for my daughter for when she has her swimming lessons in an indoor pool. Since she's been wearing it, she doesn't shiver as much and she enjoys staying in the water even after her lessons are over. The design and style are nice, easy to put on/take off. She's 4 years old and on the taller side so I got her a size 6. While it fits, it's not snug- she'll be able to wear it for another year or so (which I'm fine with). This was the best deal for the money in my opinion.

Good wetsuit but I followed the size guide instead of my head and the size 2 for my 2 year old was too small. Great wetsuit for the value. Look at the sizing chart closely. We ordered off that and it fit perfect. My daughter is on the smaller side and even though we live in FL was getting chilly while swimming. This gives her the extra layer to help regulate her body temperature. We use it for our kids outdoor swimming classes during the winter and we use it during the summer for the beach.(we live by the beach) My kids love them. It fits the purpose, to keep them warm. The quality is great. Similar to my Roxy wet suit. I know my kids will grow out of it within a year so I don't care too much about the small details. As long as it keeps them warm for the season and it stays on. I'm happy and they are too.

Our son is really skinny and gets cold very easily, so we bought this for swim lessons. It was a touch large on him, but fit him well for his long torso. It definitely made a difference in the pool! The size chart was not accurate for my kiddo. I followed the height/weight recommendations, but had to send the first one back because it was WAY too small. You might want to consider going up a size, unless your kid is fine with you stuffing them into an extremely tight wetsuit. Mine wasn't.

Purchased these for my twin girls 4 1/2 for spring outdoor swim lessons. We have had so e very windy chilly evenings during their lessons and we have only had one night where they had to get out early. I've noticed visible core body warmth when I've peeled the suits off after the lessons. I was very happy with this suit. My little guy is very small for his age so it was hard to guess the right size, but it fits him perfectly and should all through the summer. My only complaint, and this could be because maybe it is a little on the snugger side and my little guy has a short neck, but he wore it to an indoor water park all day and it chaffed his neck pretty badly. Maybe it wasn't meant to be worn all day long. That being said, I would totally buy this again!

Very prompt shipping. The wetsuit seemed to be of very good quality and kept my daughter warm in 70 degree water for alot longer than usual. NOW: This is one of 3 I ordered. the first 2 were returned because both sizing guides I used (revain and Neosport) were inaccurate, at least for my 5 & 7 yr old. ORDER A SIZE BIGGER. One of the best in quality amongst thermal wetsuits for kids. Although all the other wetsuits are advertised as 2mm thick, this is the only one that may actually be 2mm. Comparing the 3 wetsuits (this, Speedos Kids UV Thermal Suit, and the Cressi all in size 6) and the Oneil that we previously owned, this is the only one that was as thick as the Oneil. My 2 year old is 28lb and around 35 inches. I bought size 2 and it fits perfect. We live in South California and he uses it few times a week in the ocean and pool, so I need it to be perfect fit, and it is. However, no room to grow. If you are buying it for vacation only, and want to use it next year as well, size up.

This did the trick. My 4 year old was crying before every swim lesson in the indoor pool This suit kept her warm and comforable. This is the second time I purchased this brand for my daughter's swim class. She finds the pool pretty chilly and this suit helps keep her warm and in the water. When she was younger, the size 2 fit her perfectly. She's gotten older and taller so I came back to get a bigger size (4). It's a good fit for her height but it's not as tight as it should be.Still it helps keep her comfortable in the water so no real complaints here.
