Almost perfect for what I need

Now that I work from home my 16 lb dog likes to sit on my lap at my desk. This is of course indecent and he slips. I found this pet apron and was so excited to try it. And it works! And when he sees it, he's happy. However, one day he took them off and chewed the plastic string tensioner so I couldn't tighten it, causing it to now reach forward and threaten to roll out. I'm hanging it on my arm right now, but I think I'll sew a big button to the chest area of the apron and then I can just hook it in there and we should be even better than we were. So overall it's great and I can hold it on my lap and still use BOTH hands on the keyboard!
