First off, the customer service was amazing! They sent me the wrong color and I was disappointed because the replacement didn't arrive in time for my husband's birthday. But I got a replacement before I sent the wrong item back. My husband loves this. It's warm enough for winter and very comfortable according to him. He wanted a hooded bathrobe because our boy has one and they love to mix and match. It's also very handy when he goes to the garage to get firewood on cold days. The perfect gift!
