Best performing VoIP attribution and Quality of Services tool
Easy configuration, very good reporting options for different KPIs like call success rate or number completion rates etc., it's easy enough that even non technical people can configure witbes without much hassle at all! The UI is not as intuitive/ user friendly compared with other solutions in this space - I'd recommend trying out some free trial versions before making your decision about purchasing WITBESolution if you're considering using their services now!! Reporting capabilities are really great too so we were able solve our business problems related QoS issues pretty well by just deploying witsolutions solution!

- Multi tenant architecture where an entire set up could be deployed under one account rather than creating separate ones per tenant; This saves costs significantly while implementing new features such customer care service which need multiple customers connected together.
