Their ability to integrate all my applications, including Office 365 into one platform gave me immediate advantages in terms of time, cost of implementation, management and integration. As an IS Manager I require tight control over all users' activities and access permissions - otherwise it is easy to have some data/applications being used without any approval from anyone else than myself (i.e., no audit trail). The only disadvantage at this point would be that Entrepid charges more then other solutions out there on similar market segment (as well as support quality not always meeting expectations either) but overall experience so far has been positive. Centralized administration with centralized security solution and centralize help desk services, easier governance and monitoring of our end-users activity within different accounts. It's good that I can get my work done as well as other employees in this office, even though we have different responsibilities it works out great since everyone is always busy with their own tasks so when somebody needs help they know where to go! The only thing about EntrePId i dislike would be everything at once because of how fast paced our industry is sometimes but luckily there are times we slow down which helps us all stay focused and productive during those moments.
