Essential for recovery after childbirth

I love this product! I had a second degree tear from a vaginal delivery and was incredibly hurt and uncomfortable. Sitz baths were already soothing, but adding some big pinches of these salts took them to the next level. While I'm still recovering, I can already see a big difference in how I feel just sitting in a sitz bath with these salts 1-2 times a day. If your mom has postpartum headaches, I highly recommend adding these salts to your postpartum recovery ritual!
