Fits when they said it wouldn’t
I am 5’4” and 200 lbs which is apparently beyond their specifications, so I was told I wouldn’t fit in the 3XL wetsuit.
However, I still purchased it and it fits great, so really it doesn’t hurt to try things on even when the specifications say you wouldn’t fit. Everyone is different in the way they are shaped.
