Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ with 256GB in Aura Glow for GSM Users by Avut Bouchen ᠌

Purchase failed, very dissatisfied.

A Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 256 gb phone was acquired on November 1, 2022 for a cost of 90 thousand from an Aliexpress store located in Hong Kong. Phone satisfied for a period of time little shorter than a year. When placed inside the Protected Standing Cover, the hands-free speaker started making a discernible rattling sound around September of 2022. The issue was alleviated to some degree by switching to a silicone casing, although it did not go away entirely once the change was made. At the same time, noticeable problems with communication began to be observed at the end of September. For example, missed calls and intermittently not being able to get through were experienced, and my calls did not immediately go through. It turned out that this did not solve the problem, and the subsequent contact with the Samsung service center showed a malfunction of the device (a call to the support service on 162022 and a call to the service center on Valovaya 11/19 on 182022). I sinned against the operator and had to change the operator. The problem is that the phone is only reliable when it is operating in the 4g mode while using Volte; calls placed to the 3g and 2g modes will not go through. As the issue began to present itself for the first time toward the end of September, I was in Hong Kong, and due to the limited coverage of the 4G network and the reliance on wifi for phone calls, I was unable to definitively determine the nature of the device's malfunction. During a travel for work to a different region with limited 4G coverage, it became very clear that there was a problem. After transferring to a different network operator, I replaced the SIM card once more because Samsung support said that if 4G connectivity is available, it is most likely that the issue lies with the network provider. After the engineers at the service center were contacted on 11/18/2022, they reset the firmware. Following this, it was determined that the board needed to be replaced at a cost of approximately 30,000 dollars. When the customer called customer service with a request to consider possible options for warranty repairs, they were denied and told that they could have met if the phone call was made before 12022. However, at that moment, I could not even fathom the possibility that a flagship smartphone that was not even a year old could behave in such a manner. Because the past two months' worth of communication difficulties have had a detrimental effect on my own reputation, I am now forced to utilize an iPhone as a secondary device.

Pros
  • I am a regular purchaser of Samsung goods and have used practically all of the company's flagship devices, including the Galaxy Note 2, Note 3, Note 4, Note 5, Galaxy S7, Galaxy S7 Edge, Galaxy Note 8, and Galaxy Note 9. (the last 4 still work with relatives without any problems ). The screen of the Note 10 Plus is excellent, and it is easy to see the progress being made. Having more memory enables you to monitor the storage less frequently. The cameras are extremely good, particularly the stabilization, which performs in a beneficial manner. The ated stylus is notably quicker, and as a pleasant added feature, it recognizes gestures made in the air.
Cons
  • I wish to convey my deepest sadness at having to say that the technology of Samsung's higher-priced products immediately "turns into a pumpkin" after the expiration of the warranty period. is a poor way to tackle the situation. It is a great disappointment that the most recent changes to the cost of a lottery ticket do not live up to expectations in terms of the product's quality or the service it provides. If Samsung were to immediately inform customers after making a purchase of the potentially poor quality of its flagship devices, there would be no question as to whether or not it would be more prudent to return the item for a refund or forego the purchase entirely.
