Factory setting bushing does not fit in the supplied components. I couldn't reuse the original metal outer shell due to wear and tear. The new metal sleeve provided was not large enough to fit inside the inner metal sleeve without significant modification. Front Hub Torque Settings: 369 ft/lbs; You will need some special tools for this installation. A bushing press is required to install the rack bushings. I ended up buying an adjustable tie rod as I couldn't properly adjust the factory rod with the bushing that came with it. Aside from the issue mentioned above, the rest of the bushings were easy to swap out and install with no special equipment required. I used a vice to force the old bushings out of the leaf springs and stabilizer bars and install the new bushings. I had to replace the two upper ball joint bushings on the side of the front anti-roll bar frame with screws (they were not included). Squeeze the included bushing grease or it will leak out; or just buy an extra tube from the parts store before you start. The instructions are very vague and the parts packages are not clearly labeled for the front and rear leaf spring components (easy to confuse). Energy Suspension can make things a lot easier by providing a YouTube video for the installation process. If you buy the kit and have some time it will be a great resource for the community at large. Overall I was happy with the components and it fixed some of the suspension issues and noise my 11 year old truck was having. The axle handles well, runs smooth and now that the bushings are in place it's a lot more comfortable to drive. Total installation time was just over 8 hours (with 2 people).
