I LOVE this brush! I have 2 of these oval flex wet brushes, 2 flat flex wet brushes, one for the shower and one from the epic so I never go without! I don't know how they reduce drying time to be honest, but these are the best brushes I've seen for combing and detangling hair. The bristles will never tangle or break hair. I have long straight hair that gets tangled and I can run one of the unfinished brushes through my hair 5 or 6 times and that's it. I'm not even joking. With every other comb I spend at least 5 minutes detangling all the tangles, but this one just glides through your hair. They may be a bit more expensive than other brushes but I think they are worth every penny for the amazing job they do!
