So far so good with these lamps. These bulbs replace some 1141 bulbs. The output color is definitely whiter than the 1141. I've attached a few photos showing the light output of both bulbs. The camera's exposure settings were fixed for both photos, so you can decide which bulb is brighter. I think the LED bulb is a bit brighter than the 1141. I wasn't concerned about the output color or brightness, just energy savings. These LED bulbs draw 0.30A (3.6W @ 12.0V) compared to 1141 bulbs @ 1.4A (16.8W @ 12.0V) based on my testing. It's great to be able to run almost 5 new lightbulbs while using the same amount of energy as 1 old lightbulb. I've used 2 out of 5 bulbs in the last 3 hours with no problems. Update 10/15/17: I use these bulbs very little and last week 1 out of 5 blew out. I would say the blown bulb lasted less than 6 hours. The other 4 bulbs still work perfectly. Update 10/16/17: The seller sent a replacement for a burned out bulb. Excellent customer service and very timely response to my issue.
