I like that it has all of my information already in there so I don't have to go back and forth trying to find everything! It's been great having this program as we are now able to keep track of our employee's medical history and health insurance info at one place instead of having to do it manually each month, which was very time-consuming. The customer service people can be hard to reach sometimes if they're not around when you need them, but once they get with you they usually take care of things quickly. They've helped us organize our data into an easy format to access. We had no idea how much paper would come out of our office every day until we started using their software because previously we were just writing stuff down by hand.
