The best part about using this app, I love how easy it was to set up my payroll process from start-to-finish! It saved me so much time in managing all aspects of our employees' paychecks/benefits that we were able to focus more attention towards other areas (like employee development). There are some minor issues with accuracy at times but overall its been great for us since day one. We've also realized huge improvements in efficiency when sending out W2s as well - saving hours per week by doing them ourselves instead of waiting weeks or months sometimes.
