This product works perfectly! I bought these because I had Air earbuds and the earbud with the tragus jewelry I had didn't fit my ear. The Airpods now fit these ears perfectly! The support is great and sits on the inside of my tragus. The stone is really elegant and beautiful but it took me a while to screw it in. This is simply due to the size of the screw/brick, not because it was defective in any way. I bought 8mm and it's a bit long so 6mm is the best choice if you don't want the extra length.
