Review on LUKKAHH R2 Wireless Car Charger Mount by Dhoal Black

I bought this item and was so impressed I bought a second one for my car. Less than 2 months later the second one I bought started making a loud clicking noise when closing {video attached}. I contacted Revain and they replaced the product free of charge. I got a replacement and after a few weeks the auto open/close feature started to open and close by itself with my phone while driving {video attached}. When it opens automatically, my phone may fall out because there's nothing holding it now. This means that this product is 66% defective as 2 out of 3 products were defective. This is my second time reaching out to Revain for another replacement. Due to the 66% erroneous review, I have told family and friends not to buy this product after telling them it is amazing.
