Review on Complaints Management System by Todd Stovall

I like that this program gives me all of my information in one place so it's easy to keep everything organized for future reference as well! There are some things about CM software we would prefer not having but overall its good!! We have been able solve many issues with complaints from our customers without going back through old emails or notes just by using CMS.

The best part was being notified immediately when there were new comments/complaint logs submitted which also allowed us access those right away too. !
