Perfect alternative to u-clamps
These clamps are the best! I recently installed a stainless steel exhaust system on my Titan that came with u-clamps. After snapping three of them in the process, I ordered a different brand of u-clamps. After torquing them down as hard as I could, the pipe still moved. So I took a chance on these band clamps. Wrenched them down as tight as tight can be with no snapping or stripping of the bolts and the pipes don’t move. Very impressed with the quality. Well worth the money.
- Good quality retains integrity throughout the heat cycles of exhaust temperatures
- Poor quality control with some units arriving warped
