I never really believed in the benefits of supplements until I tried 10 Platinum Whey. It's been a month since I started going to the gym. Because of my fascination with it, I was determined to do my very best. My trainer suggested whey protein, so I started consuming it. When deciding which manufacturer to go with, I finally zeroed in on VPLAB. The combination of the banana and strawberry flavors was irresistible. A personal fave of mine.
