I had high hopes for these washi tapes but when I received them in the mail they were bruised and abused although that wasn't a problem but the fact that they make them more than they do are personal . These bands are only about 1-2 or even 3 millimeters wide in length. They don't have the best grip in the world, nor the worst, but they do for my magazine. They come in beautiful colors and different designs and provide a lot of variety. If you're looking for something small and thin for a magazine, this would be perfect! They don't tear paper when you need to adjust the tape and they look like they'll hold up well. Washi tapes seem to show through in my journal, but it's imperceptible at first glance. They can be tricky to use and place at times considering how small they are, but they look great in my journal! Would I buy them again? They weren't for me just because I was looking for something thicker rather than thinner, but I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for small and thin washi tape, but I will definitely be using them in my journal at some point!
