I would like to update my previous review regarding limited installation instructions. I recently got a reply from the seller and they took the time to get it right by sending me step by step instructions and it was very helpful in allowing my son and I to set it up to start with this device that I bought him for Christmas. . We were only able to set up everything except for the camera function because it was late and time was up. I'll try to finish this part by the weekend. Because they did everything they could to make sure I was happy, that means a lot. After studying the GPS and phone interface function, I believe it will be a great product. Thank you again for continuing. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sat nav in their car that doesn't have one. With additional instructions I did everything differently. Upon completion I will add pictures of the final installation. Ron
