I think perfection from the start is rarely possible and more important is how the company responds to the inevitable setbacks. When I installed the first black cartridge, the printer didn't recognize it was installed and wouldn't print. I contacted the company and received an immediate response with recommendations, and while the monitor lights still indicate I need to replace the black cartridge, it works perfectly.
