It took almost a month to receive the set. Used almost every part at least once except for the 12 inch pan with handle. When they first used this pan they tried putting the lid on but it didn't fit. Looking closely at the pan, it has a small dent near the main handle that's hard to see, but very visible when using the lid. I submitted a lifetime warranty claim including all photos requested by Anolon for a replacement. Waiting for reply from Anolon..No reply from Anolon after 1 month. When I updated my claim with a question, I noticed that they have a chat feature. I gave them 2 more days to answer my question and then tried chatting. I was connected to Agent Stacy. She informed me that the application needed more time, e.g. B. 8 to 10 weeks. She told me that Anolon does not have a 12 inch pan in this set. It was only available as a set. She asked if they could substitute a 12 inch straight sided pan as a spare. I have agreed if the pan provided is the same as the one in the set. the patient still needs 1.5-2 weeks until he gets to me. Stacey was very helpful. After receiving the replacement I will contact you. I received the promised replacement within 2 weeks. This frying pan has no damage and is an excellent replacement for the set. Thank you again Stacey for making this possible. Having used the set for several months we are very pleased with the warmth, non-stick coating and ease of cleaning of this set. Washing hands is a no-brainer.
