So I'm a "snap on" guy and have about 50,000 different tools. I needed a small, hard to find 14mm 9/16 spark plug head for my 14 year old Subaru Crosstrek. I have "rubber-insulated" spark plug sockets, but they have an inherent problem: they either come out with the spark plug or are held so tightly that attempting to remove extensions or wrenches can be difficult. I also wanted a "6 point" instead of a "12 point" socket. So I read good reviews about this "Bike Master 6 Point Magnetic" candle holder and bought it. I have to say I'm very impressed. It matches Subaru's long spark plugs perfectly and the magnet holds it in place but not too tight, just perfect. I don't see this magnet "stretched" either. It's firmly attached. The socket has both a "knurled edge" and a "6-sided end" so you can easily grab it with your fingers if the spark plugs are loose, or you can use a wrench instead of a socket or extension if needed . It's really well designed. Of course, I can't confirm the overall "strength" of the socket, but that should never be an issue as it's designed for removing/installing spark plugs, so I would never use it on stock fasteners that might have crazy high torque output require. . That's what my Snap On Deep Wells are for. If you want a 14mm - 9/16 spark plug head (or really any of the sizes that Bike Master sells), go for this one. You can't go wrong.
