4700mg. Do you have potassium?

That's twice the laughter and twice the smiles and twice the trouble when you have twins. That's what I thought at first when I came across this Keto K1000 Electrolyte Powder. At first glance, this was an identical twin of Dr. Berg's Electrolyte Powder which I have been using for several years but now it seems these twins are fraternal. Keto K1000 comes in 50 servings (5 more than Dr. Berg) and is $3 cheaper at the time of this review. He also had free shipping for me with my existing Revain Prime membership, which for some reason is no longer supported by Dr. Berg is offered, so I decided to give it a try. I find these two to be the best potassium supplements I've ever tried. . To make a misleading analogy, it might be like driving to a limited edition red Maserati that would make any other car look like a chump. The recommended daily allowance for potassium is 4,700 mg, and most of us find it difficult to get even half that amount. In fact, mineral testing of hair tissue shows that at least 80% of people are deficient in potassium at the cellular level (myself included). So I was very fortunate to find a product with 1,000mg of potassium per scoop to supplement my intake of coconut water, organic plantation molasses and of course all food sources to boost my levels. Blood levels stay in a narrow range, which is why people keep saying "potassium is normal” when it isn’t. I also like that it has some micronutrients in it as many of them are depleted from the ground for many reasons and some of them are usually low in minerals in my hair tissue analysis. I mix one scoop with about 12-16 ounces of water and the taste is good (to me) as there is no sugar and only stevia as a sweetener, it's a slightly different flavor than Dr. mountain Obviously, it's all about being healthy and getting your potassium levels up, and that's way more important than tasting unhealthy sugar soda. I also discovered that the body does not have its own storage system for zinc (unlike iron or calcium, for example). therefore, daily zinc requirements are highly dependent on satisfactory daily zinc intake, and at least short-term zinc deficiencies may be very likely. Without enough zinc, we cannot store potassium. No matter how much potassium is ingested, it is not stored. That's why my potassium is low. Magnesium is also needed for potassium, and it's usually low too, so it's good to have magnesium in it. Zinc is more easily absorbed from meat and animal proteins. Vegetables are not an ideal source as they contain phytates, compounds in plants that interfere with optimal zinc absorption, and some of my friends really struggle with them. In healthy people, the kidneys respond to excess sodium by flushing it out with the urine. . Unfortunately, this also removes potassium. So when potassium levels are low, the body tries to hold on to potassium, which means sodium retention as well, and this is one reason (along with low magnesium) that can cause high blood pressure. The good news is that this product has helped me restore my levels to my last test and has brought my blood pressure back into the optimal range. I will keep using this. But dr Berg, if you're reading this, we can still be friends.
