I like how easy it was to set up our event. The system works great with my existing website! There are not many features available at this time but we have been able to customize what we need by using their support team. They also offer monthly subscriptions for additional services which makes them affordable for small businesses. Have someone who knows your site's content before you install so they can make sure everything looks right when finished. We were able to use an already developed template from Eventbrite which made things very simple for us. Our guests love being able to check-in online and print tickets with just one click. The ease of use after you get used to it. It was super easy for us as we are not computer savvy at all. We were able to pull up our information from other sites and import them into this system with very little effort. Our staff loves how much easier it makes their jobs! I would like more customization options without having to pay additional fees. Having access to such a wide variety of companies meant we could find one that fit what our clients needed easily.
