My son used chain mail to clean my enamel cast iron brazier and scratched the bottom incredibly. I did a little research and found a recommendation for the Bar Keepers Friend liqueur. IT WORKS OUT! It took two uses to remove all the scuffs but it made my pot like new again! This brazier is my cast iron holy grail and I was devastated to see how he handled it. (He was very apologetic and wanted to save his benefits, work overtime and do extra chores without pay to buy a new one.) But all of that? That was a GAME CHANGE! I will not buy anything else! My only issue was that the bottle was smaller than I thought it would be. When shopping on delivery day I was able to buy a 2 1/2 times the bottle for 1/3 the price. I didn't use rags because they were rough.
