I like that it allows me to create different reports in order to have all my information at one place. It can be improved by having more options of creating charts/ graphs with less clicks or mouse movements. Also, there should be better ways to sort data as sometimes you need to click multiple times to get your desired result. Sometimes when I am writing notes, certain words are not highlighted so I cannot easily distinguish what word will come next in line. This helps people understand their business processes and how they interact within them.
