I've been looking for a small panini press for a long time and when it came out in its prime I decided to buy it. That's small. I don't know how the demo fits two sandwiches in one pan unless they were finger sandwiches. The description says the backrest can be raised to give you a decent all-purpose. It's not like this. I had to turn the sandwich a couple of times so it cooked evenly. Doesn't rise. If I had known, the thing would not have been bought. I'm checking if I can return it, if not I'm wondering if my mom would want a panini press?
