Review on πŸ”₯ Firestone Air-Rite WR17602491 Dual Digital Gauge Kit by Josh Reynolds

Revainrating 4 out of 5

good so far, best of the parts

installation was quite easy. It worked right out of the box except I think one of my pressure sensors is faulty. I'll follow him over the next few weeks and see what he does. I have a Dodge 2500 Diesel - it's hard to find a good place to mount the supercharger on the frame of this truck so I made a compromise. If you install the compressor roughly midway along the vehicle, there will be many air lines and many electrical wires. I don't know why people are running out of overhead power lines and electrical lines. Overall I think it will be ok. Update - A pressure sensor has already failed. It feels a higher pressure than the actual one and therefore completely empties the bag. If it senses high pressure, the solenoid will continue to activate the bleed valve, believing it still needs to bleed air. It sucks, but running at a higher pressure at least stops the solenoid and allows me to line up my pockets - maybe. Called Firestone support - got it straight away - they sent me a new pressure switch - no questions asked - didn't even ask for proof of purchase to see if I was under warranty. I was surprised how helpful their support hotline was.
