In general, I am satisfied with the device. I took it mainly for sleep monitoring, so as not to put the phone with the sleep monitoring program running under the pillow. He copes with this task as it should. As an alarm clock, it also suits - it vibrates quite quietly and wakes up only me. The phone is now constantly in silent mode - all important notifications (icons of calls, messages) are displayed on the screen. There is no need to go to the phone to find out the time (and forget about it, plunging into notifications) - just look at the bracelet. With the latest ates, it holds a charge of 20-30 days.
