Use this for proofer. In my build I draw cold air from my kizer into the chamber, this unit turns on the fan when the chamber gets too warm. The temperature sensor is accurate and once you set it up it works great. I've had my mead in the chamber for about a month and it has done its job very well the whole time. There aren't many clear instructions for this unit, but YouTube fixes that. My setup powers this unit from the wall and then powers a 15 amp outlet. In an outlet, the top and bottom plugs are separate, giving you a hot plug and a cold plug. I run the fan on the cold side and when it rises above the temp the fan turns on and cools the camera down.
