So I'm reducing my rating to 1 star because they didn't send my Amazon gift card. ------------ ---------------------My first feedback: I am satisfied with the plastic tools - they are made of hard plastic, that will not crack or break unbreakable plastic comb. I tried one of the metal tools and it worked well for me as well. I can't say anything about other instruments. I downgraded the set due to the case. I buy things with a case so tools are easily accessible and always in order. The location of the elastic loops is terrible, and because of this, many tools are difficult to get and deploy (they are under two elastic loops), and others have to share elastic loops with other tools. So too many and too few elastic loops. Other items and tools don't even have an elastic loop, they just fit in freely. This case was probably made for something else and they just stuffed those tools into this case. My other complaint is the choice of tools - there are too many of them! There are two or three pieces of each shape, I will never need all of these tools. I would welcome fewer tools (fewer duplicate functions) with a more functional body. If I had to do it again I would definitely buy a different set. Hence the three stars, despite the good instruments.
