UPDATE: while I am concerned about how long this case will take, the customer service has been REAL as they have resolved all my issues. I asked if they would deliver my replacement board here in Wisconsin before the end of the season, but they delivered the replacement board to me from China in just over a week, which amazed me. Excellent customer service. We will inform you about the service life of the new circuit board! I hope I get a few years with this thing! Thank you again for supporting your product and getting me a replacement quickly! The bag broke the first time I used it. Walked to the beach about a mile and both straps ripped the bottom of the bag. On the 3rd or 4th time I've used the paddleboard, air comes out from under the valve. An absolute blast to use which is why I gave it 2 stars but the product won't last long. Must go back :(
