I bought one of these, I liked it so much I gave it 5 stars and bought another one. The second partially failed - the USB-C charging port stopped working, but the USB-A port continued to work normally. I've tested with several USB-C cables that are known to work, so there was definitely some looseness. I requested a warranty exchange and they sent me a new charger quickly and it works great. What I love about this charger: basically everything. It's compact, offers Samsung "ultra-fast" charging with a matching USB-C to USB-C cable, looks good, has a foldable 120V plug for safer storage and portability, and has a second charging port. which at least Samsung can enable "fast" charging via a USB-A cable. I can't find a USB-A cable with a chip that can handle ultra-fast charge current, and since fast charge is the slowest single-digit percentage, it's not a huge loss of functionality. Although this charger is compact and uses GaN components, which in itself is a remarkable feat, it runs cool with one device and gets slightly warm when charging through both ports. USB connectors fit well, aren't sideways, deep or otherwise ridiculous, and don't scratch or otherwise damage USB connectors. The only downside for my use case (charging two phones) is that the design doesn't come with two USB-C ports for high-current charging, but instead has a PD-compatible USB-A port. Again, not a big deal, and worst-case scenario, I had to find and eventually buy one of the few fast-charge compatible USB-AC cables I could find. box as a backup. The seller (perhaps also the manufacturer?) provided excellent customer service and processed a warranty claim not only promptly, not only over the weekend, but also on a bank holiday weekend. They have kept me informed of a new shipment and I am very satisfied and would buy from them again should the need arise.
