Not worth the investment
Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I found these fins to be a disappointment. The only positive aspect is that they look sleek. However, they do not provide the necessary propulsion in the water, making my training sessions less efficient. I would not recommend this product to fellow swimmers.
- Improves leg strength and endurance while swimming
- May cause discomfort or blisters if not fitted properly
