We lived with the awful smell of gray water from the tank when traveling in our RV, especially when returning from dry camping trips. I've installed them on all three vent tubes and am happy to report that we haven't noticed any odor during our recent trip, both camping and driving. As a result, I was unable to attach the vent with the supplied screws. I simply covered the breather tubes with a layer of self-leveling sealant and tightened them up, which is actually a lot easier than screwing them in. I would highly recommend them for your bus or trailer. 5 star rating
