I bought a lumbar stretcher to relieve my lower back pain. I wanted something small and portable so I could take it with me or use it lying down or sitting. That fits as much as possible into the picture. I'm not 100% sure yet if this actually works for my particular condition. I started with the lowest settings. It's uncomfortable at first due to real back pain and stiffness, but over time I believe it will help. I haven't decided yet if it's for me or not. If you're looking to stretch your back and don't have any other chronic back conditions like a damaged disc, this is probably perfect for your needs. It's a beautifully crafted piece and feels pretty solid.
