Review on RFM FOR EXCEL by Vera Gashi

I love how it allows me to see trends over time for past customers with my current clients as well; this keeps all our records up-to date! There's not much i dislike about using rfm - but maybe there really isn't anything at least from what have seen so far (this has been around 2 years). The only thing would be if you could make more fields available when creating reports/charts etc.; however they are working towards adding new features which will hopefully fix some issues users may encounter such things like having too many rows or columns displayed making charts difficult / hard viewing them properly without scrolling through each one individually by hand? This helps us keep track easily & accurately within excel files we use daily amongst other projects where keeping accurate financials can become an issue especially after hours spent doing work manually instead.
