Very helpful software when needing efficiency

I like how easy it was to use for my team! The training videos are great too. It really helped me get all the features out there so we could start using them right away. We were able to see exactly what our metrics looked like which allowed us to make better decisions about where to spend time and money with our marketing efforts. There isn't anything specific I dislike at this point. If you're looking for a tool that will help your organization be more efficient then this is an excellent…

Love having access and organization across multiple users

I like how easy it was to set up all my variables into one excel sheet for each category or subcategory so this made me very happy! It's also great when you have several people working with different products/categories at once because they can work independently from other members using their own categories but keeping everything together helps tremendously too!! My only complaint about rfm would be if sometimes certain features aren't available (like macros) due to license restrictions. We…

Quick easy way of tracking customer account data efficiently

I love how it allows me to see trends over time for past customers with my current clients as well; this keeps all our records up-to date! There's not much i dislike about using rfm - but maybe there really isn't anything at least from what have seen so far (this has been around 2 years). The only thing would be if you could make more fields available when creating reports/charts etc.; however they are working towards adding new features which will hopefully fix some issues users may encounter…
