Review on RFM FOR EXCEL by Jay Swearengin

I like how easy it was to set up all my variables into one excel sheet for each category or subcategory so this made me very happy! It's also great when you have several people working with different products/categories at once because they can work independently from other members using their own categories but keeping everything together helps tremendously too!! My only complaint about rfm would be if sometimes certain features aren't available (like macros) due to license restrictions. We use our RFP database extensively as well as many vendors' product catalogs which allows us keep track of pricing changes easily.
